Maintenance Mechanic I
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining general plant and cup room machinery to established standards.

Day-to-Day Role:
- Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing cup machinery and other plant equipment. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to; replacing switches/relays/timers, changing hoses, replacing loading guns, adjusting/aligning molds, buffing molds and completing acid washes on molds.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance on cup machinery and other equipment in accordance with established schedules.
- Responsible for assisting in the installation/removal of equipment.
- Responsible for special project work such as fabrication and welding.
- Responsible for all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Shares overall responsibility for product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality systems.
Core Skills and
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
- 6 Months previous Industrial Maintenance Experience is required. Previous experience with pneumatics, hydraulics and trouble shooting is required. A mechanical inclination and ability to use basic hand tools is required.
Preferred Skills and
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in blue print reading, basic electrical experience (including the use of multi-meter), and previous fork lift experience.
